LUNCH
1 cup Pork Fried Rice (leftovers)
1 cup Shrimp Lo Mein (leftovers)
Soy sauce (ick. too much salt. can’t believe I even finished it)
DINNER
Turkey chili - approx 2 cups
3 oz. Tostitos
1 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese - shredded
Calories - 1653 (within range)
Fat - 56 (within range)
Carbohydrates - 138 (-15 from low end)
Protein - 96 (within range)
Dietary Fiber - 17 (-8 from low end)
