This is what happens when we need groceries, and only have the occassional trip to grab something for “tonight”. Everything on here is stuff that we either had (leftovers of last night’s chili, along with the tostitos I had Dad bring home), or stuff I had Dad grab on his way home today (salad stuff) and the back of the freezer (hamburger).
We need to make regular weekly trips, even if it’s just planning out meals for a week and getting that stuff. When I have salad stuff here, I eat that for lunch, and have a small amount of salad for dinner with whatever I’m eating. I know that this menu’s not THAT bad, but the calories and fat are too high. I need another low day (like last week’s 850 day!) to do this right. Here’s hoping to a low intake day tomorrow.
