3 egg omelette with spinach and feta cheese
2 slices white toast with butter
1.5 cups homefries with ketchup
LUNCH
3 cups coffee with 2% milk and equal
2 large glasses of diet coke
2 tbsp reduced fat creamy peanut butter
DINNER
1 servings Barilla PLUS spaghetti
1 cup of sauce made from canned crushed tomatoes (and my seecrit spy-cees)
1/2 grilled chicken breast
sprinkling of reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
TOTALS
Calories: 1691 (within range)
Carbs: 126 (-27 from low end of range)
Fat: 86 (+ 20 from high end of range)
Protein: 106 (within range)
