Daily - Finally, I have groceries!
Okay, so between my work schedule, and dad’s work schedule, we really let the fridge and pantry go bare. To the tune of nearly $300 today, as a matter of fact. It’s amazing. When I was a kid, my mom used to be able to feed the three of us on right around $100 for a week! The stuff we got today might last about 9 days, give or take. It’s just ri-damn-diculous.
Anywho - I said I was starting over again and I meant it. Here’s the munched list for the day (keep in mind, my choices were severely limited until dinner):

The high fat count is due to the Pad Thai, however I made mine differently than it would’ve likely been made in a restaurant, but the nutritional info isn’t on SP (yet, I’ll add it next time). I do need to up my dietary fiber, I always need to increase that, but I think I’ll be better once I start eating more fruits and veggies.
I did get some sugar snap peas and straw mushrooms in today, so that’s good!
