248… my Biggest Loser Day weigh in

Yep - I’m down 2 pounds this week, and I’m really not all that sure HOW.

No, I’m not complaining, and yes, I did try to make better choices along the way, but seriously - I didn’t do much “on purpose”!

I hate when this happens, because you never know if it’s going to stay gone, or be back tomorrow. But it did encourage me to be more careful with what I ate today, and after dinner I decided to eat some fresh pineapple instead of going up to the store for some ice cream, so I suppose it did have a purpose!

How’s everyone else doing?

I’m setting myself a mini-goal of 7 more pounds to lose by Halloween… think I can make it? ;)
