My Goals

Please note that this chart started at 253lbs. on 10/15/07.

As you can see, my progress has slowed down a bit. This is really normal, especially when you’re not working hard enough at it. I decided to only track my weight on the 15th of each month, despite the fact that I get on the scale 4-5 times a week. I’ve been really loving judging my loss by the fit of my clothes though!
