Okay, this site is pretty cool, so I had to write about it. If you’re interested in my shirts (shirts I’ve designed that are for sale), you can check out my shack link in the sidebar.

SonicShack custom T shirts is kind of like other “design and sell” sites out there except you can not only upload your own designs, but you can use their stock images and text to create, buy, and sell t-shirts.

A funny story… A couple years ago my mother’s large Italian family had a reunion. More than half the people who attended became extremely sick, and we dubbed the illness “The Paolini Plague” because it was literally traveling from family member to family member. We all joked that we were going to make t-shirts that said either “I survived the Paolini Plague” or “I escaped the Paolini Plague”. What I would’ve done for a site like SonicShack back then!

See, the coolest part is that you can go to the site and design a shirt, order it, and be done with it, or you can open up your own shack and sell them for a profit of whatever you want.

So, I’ve created a few motivational shirts myself, and I’m looking forward to ordering them and wearing them myself, plus the opportunity I have to make a few bucks. I definitely think you should try it out! (They also have posters, banners, and shirts for women, men, and teens.)

Here are some other shirt ideas:

• Go to a site like thinkexist.com and find inspirational quotes from your favorite actors, authors, or musicians, and put them on a shirt.
• Have your child draw pictures of their family members. Scan in your child’s artwork and have it printed on a shirt, and let family members buy them. Give the money to your child and help teach them about entrepreneurship!
• Use it as a fundraiser for your child’s school or sports team. Upload an image of their mascot or logo and create shirts for each person individually.
• Make shirts for your local volunteer fire department or EMS squad and donate the proceeds to the department.
• Let your inner artist out and wear your one-of-a-kind shirts yourself! Or sell them on your site for a profit.
