Not Gonna Make It…
So, my mini-goal was to hit 250 by Sept. 8th. Not gonna make it.
I stayed the same this week, still at 255. Can’t lose 5lbs in 10 days. Mmkay?
However, I do plan on trying to get as close as possible without starvation.
Now, for the tracking thing. I’m just going to have to do it every day. Not doing it on the weekends was working just fine, but it’s not anymore. So I’m toughening up and dealing with it. Gonna track daily. :)
Today, August 29th:
Calories - 1827 (117 too high)
Fat - 63 (within range)
Carbs - 249 (within range)
Protein - 74 (within range)
Dietary Fiber - 22 (grr - still low!)
Calcium - 138 (within range)
Best Thing I Ate Today (most proud of): 2 cups of fresh fruit salad I made the other day. No sugar, nothing but cut up honeydew, watermelon, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, peach, and plum. ALL FRESH, nothing canned or what have you!
Worst Thing I Ate Today (least proud of): 2 Nature Valley Peanut Sweet-N-Salty bars, on top of the bagel and the Quaker Oats breakfast cookie. Would’ve even been okay had I only had one of the bars, but even with both, I found myself fighting the urge to buy a chocolate bar on the way home from a night meeting I had. Just wrong.
