Yes, finally! Some photos! :)

Yes, some of these are a little older, but trust me when I say that not much has changed!

I’m waiting until I get myself down to a size 16 (half way to my goal of size 12!) before taking a new set for the portfolio. (Don’t forget - I don’t want to be a size four!!)

  1. HI, I RAN ACROSS YOUR WEBSITE, JUST WANTED TO SAY YOUR PICTURES LOOK BEAUTIFUL AND SORRY YOUR HAVING SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH PEOPLE LEAVING COMMENTS LIKE THAT. GOOD LUCK! TAKE CARE

  2. […] 3. You also missed another post, that contains more photos from my portfolio. […]

  3. dont be a sell out. if your going to be a plus sized model, isnt it about accepting yourself the size you are and going out there with an attitude like “im big and so what”. even losing weight and only getting down to a size 16 is pathetic like if you want to be thin be thin dont half ass it and be a quitter.. do you even like plus sized modeling or you do it because your over weight and cant do anything about it like you have no pride in what you do to be like i have to lose weight.me personally - im fat and i dont mind being fat and if i was a model who other people looked up and basicly the anti traditional look making it in modeling for not conforming in the first place i wouldnt change. anyways you saying that is very off putting to other fat people who like their form and wish people would just get over having to be thin.

  4. also how can u be a plus sized model when u seem to have no self esteem at all.. like to say oh im not gonna take new pics until i lose weight.. and whining “Yes, some of these are a little older, but trust me when I say that not much has changed!” like oh im still fat because i over eat wa wa waaaa. be fat and be happy.. it would take you like over a year to get down to a size 16.. so i guess no modeling or pictures for that year because your self image is so messed up eh

  5. “Fattycakes” - First of all, those photos were posted here on this site on Jun 29, 2006. Did you see that part?

Second, I have plenty of self-esteem, my love. I absolutely love and adore who I am, I think I have a beautiful face, great hair, and overall a potentially great body - even if it is at a size 12.

For what it’s worth, TODAY, I’m at a size 18. Give me 15 more pounds and I’ll be in that 16 and will post more photos from a modeling shoot. The reason I wanted to wait was not because of a lack of self esteem, but because it COSTS MONEY to get a real, professional shoot done, and I wanted something that was updated so I could submit it for jobs.

You have no right to come here, read a post that’s almost 2 years old, and accuse me of having low self esteem or being a sellout. You don’t know SHIT about me, and as far as I’m concerned, YOU are the one without the guts… you didn’t give your real email address, you didn’t even give a real first name or a website. You, dear, are the fake.

Your ideas of what it means to be a plus sized model are clearly up to your own interpretation, and you clearly don’t give a shit how anyone else but you sees it, and I’m sorry for you that you’re so closed minded and self-righteous that you can’t accept others for who they are and move along.

Sounds to ME like YOU are the one with the self esteem issues, running around ranting and raving at others when you’ve nary an idea what you truly want and feel for yourself.

Go get a grip on your own life before you come here and bash mine.

  6. Oh yeah, a few more pieces of info that you clearly weren’t aware of:

People lose weight for other reasons than just to “look skinny”. Take a look at Toccara on Celebrity Fit Club this season. She’s there to get fit and drop a few pounds but not to lose her curves and sexy look. Gee… go figure. A plus sized model who wants to lose weight and still be plus!? OHMIGOD! That’s ME TOO!

In the modeling industry, a size 12 is considered plus sized. I don’t want to look anorexic. I want to stay curvy and “meaty” because I think it looks healthy.

Losing just 10% of your weight can reduce the chances of getting heart disease and other problems by as much as 50%. Go figure, I don’t want to die. I suppose in your world, “fattycakes” that makes me a hypocrite? Too bad you’re wrong and so full of self-righteousness that you can’t see the truth beyond your Twinkies.

  7. I love what u are doing! I too plan to become a plus sized model! I am working toward being about a size 10/12! And to people who say u should be HUGE are crazy! Your health comes first and that is the bottom line! SO no u shouldnt be attemting to be 120 pounds nor should u be 280! SO yea thats all I hope we meet at the top!

  8. Wow. Your pictures are beautiful. I am very sorry that some people have to be so rude sometimes. What you are doing is great though, and I hope you achieve your goal. You are a very beautiful woman :)
