Thanks to Stephanie for reminding me that “How To Look Good Naked” hosted by former Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Carson Kressley premieres tonight! It’s on Lifetime at 9pm EST but check your local listings.

Like Stephanie, I’ve seen a preview of the show and it does look very good. It’s not what you might think, as the show’s aim is to help women feel more comfortable in their skin now, rather than thinking they’d only be comfortable if they lost weight, got plastic surgery, or what have you. Carson teaches women how to dress for their body shape and size, rather than to follow trends or try to squeeze themselves into their “old” size, or cover up their figures with frumpy clothing.

I really can’t wait to see this show! I’m all about emphasizing the positive - not just in terms of body image, but as a whole person - your self-image is what moves you (or doesn’t) and it’s so very important to feel beautiful for women, regardless of their age or size!
