SparkPeople?
Under the recommendation of apfelmuse, I decided to join SparkPeople.com.
What I really like about the site is that it’s free, but also that you can choose from a list of foods, OR enter the details of something not there, and it stores them for you. It also sets goals for you for all sorts of things, like calorie intake, fat grams, protein, carbs, calcium, you name it. There are over 70 things you can track JUST food-wise, and then you can also enter your own goals to track, such as “walking - 3x/week”
It’s a stepped out program, and I think it’s so fantastic that they offer all they do, completely free. There are message boards (something I miss sometimes from WW) and charts and everything. I may just wind up getting rid of ediets.com and ww.com memberships all together! (Though probably not ever the ww.com one - I love tracking points… lol)
