I’ve decided to really dig into EntreCard a little more, and check out what my fellow EC bloggers are up to on a regular basis. If you have a blog, I highly recommend getting into EntreCard.

That said, I’d like to talk a little about my friend Saphrym.

His most recent diet post is called “Blood Sugar Scare” - you might think that’s a post talking solely about a spike in his blood sugar, however you’d be wrong. Saphrym writes quite well, in fact, by not only discussing a concern, success, or milestone, but he also posts his daily diet, and in this case, a video blog. In other words, he’s not boring at all!

I personally learned that my readers don’t much care to read about my daily diet. I tested it out a while back and found that the posts where I laid out my consumption for the day rarely got comments. However I think Saphrym has it right by including other information in those posts. I might have to try that again sometime. :)

Oh - and he’s running a contest to win $250 and 1000 EntreCard credits, too! Can’t beat that!
